SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping to Finland
Single product orders (excluding Tampere Mug) are being delivered as Letter at price of 4.10 €. Tampere Mugs and orders including multiple products can be delivered as Ärräpaketti parcel to your nearest R-kioski (in Finland) pick-up point at price of 5.80 €. Small products (Tampere Dish Cloth, Tampere 3D Luggage Tag, Tampere 3D Key Chain) can be delivered by Mail in orders up to of 5 pcs.

International shipping
We ship internationally products that can be sent as Letter – to Europe as Priority Letter at a price of 5.20 € and to the rest of the world as Economy Letter at a price of 6.90 €. Shipping as letter is available for single products (excluding Tampere Mug) and for small products in orders up to 5 pcs.

Please note that depending on your delivery address you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
Delivery time
Orders are being sent within 1–2 working days. If the product is sold out the customer will be informed. In this occasion customer has an option either to wait for the product to be back-ordered, choose another product or get the refund.
Terms of delivery
We sell our products worldwide to both businesses and 18 years old individuals. We reserve the right to change prices or shipping costs. We reserve the right not to sell to a customer with recurring returns.
Orders will be confirmed with an e-mail, in which the order's price, shipping charges and the ordered products will be stated. To receive a confirmation of the delivery you must state your e-mail address on your order.
The customer is responsible for the correct information on the order so that the order can be delivered successfully. If the order couldn't have been delivered because of incorrect or missing information by customer we will charge normal shipping costs for re-delivery.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer commits to all terms of delivery applying at the time of the order.
Terms of exchange and return
According to Finnish law of consumer protection act the customer has the exhange and return right of 14 days. The right to return only goes for products that are in their original packaging, unused and vendible. The customer is responsible for charges of returning the product.
Boxers are non-returnable due to hygiene.

Payment will be refunded directly to the payment method you used with the original order within 14 days after we've received and processed your return. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please keep the receipt of your return until we have completed processing your return.
Please note that customer is responsible for packaging when returning a product. If the product has been damaged due to inadequate packaging, we receive the right to withhold the refund.
If the product has disappeared, been flawed or a wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately contact maarit.rautio@mera.fi. An announcement of an incorrect delivery or flawed product must be done within 14 days from receiving the product. If the package has been damaged on the post a reclamation must also be made to the post immediately.
